Twos Room
Our Two’s Room program is thoughtfully designed to support toddlers as they continue to develop independence, curiosity, and social skills. In a safe and nurturing environment, children are encouraged to explore, communicate, and build early problem-solving abilities through age-appropriate activities. The program focuses on social and emotional development by encouraging positive interactions, sharing, and forming secure relationships with peers and caregivers. It also fosters cognitive growth through guided exploration, sensory play, and early learning activities, while supporting physical development with opportunities for movement, outdoor play, and hands-on experiences that build fine and gross motor skills. Additionally, language and communication are emphasized through stories, songs, and interactive play that enhance vocabulary, self-expression, and listening skills. Our goal is to create an environment where each child feels valued, supported, and empowered to take their next steps in learning and growth.
Meet the Teacher
Mrs. Taylor is thrilled to be the teacher in the Two-Year-Old Class this year! She joined the school in February 2025 as the VPK aide and spent the summer working in the VPK classroom. Before joining the team, she served as the Lead Twos Teacher at her previous center and has always had a passion for working with young children.
Her love for early childhood education began in high school, where she served in kids’ ministry and later stepped into the role of fill in Kids Pastor after graduating. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience as a nanny, substitute teacher for grades VPK–8th, and photographer for summer baseball programs.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys kayaking, traveling, and visiting Disney with her husband. She also loves baking, cooking, watching movies, and playing board games. At home, she shares her life with two cats, Roonie and Bilbo, and her dog, Zeus, who always keep things fun and lively.
