Epiphany's mission begins here in Tallahassee, where we work to disciple God's people through worship, Bible studies, catechesis, service, and our Preschool Ministry. But our mission doesn't stop at the local level. We also support and partner with ministries across the United States — including Bethlehem Lutheran Church in North St. Louis, Flint Mission Network, and Stepping Stones Ministry — to make disciples there.

And reaching even further, we engage in God's work everywhere by partnering with global ministries such as Mission India, Point of Grace Academy in Kenya, Lutheran Bible Translators, and the SouthEast Asia Prayer Center (SEAPC).

Through local action and global partnership, we believe the Holy Spirit is using Epiphany to participate in God’s mission around the world.

Curriculum

At Epiphany, we believe preschoolers learn best through curiosity, exploration, and play. Our faith-based curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support each child’s spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Children engage in a rich variety of activities that nurture development across all learning domains.

Foundations in Faith and Learning

Our day-to-day curriculum includes:

Weekly Chapel on Wednesday mornings
Bible Time with age-appropriate stories, verses, and prayer
Music, Art, and Creative Expression
Social Skills and Emotional Development
Structured Lessons in early literacy, math, science, and more
Outdoor Play and hands-on activities that promote coordination and physical growth

WEE Learn Curriculum

We currently use WEE Learn, a Christian-based early childhood curriculum designed for infants through Pre-K. It is grounded in evidence-based, developmentally appropriate practices that honor each child's unique learning style.

Integrated Learning Domains: Language/literacy, math, science, social studies, arts, physical and social-emotional development
Christian Foundations: Children learn about God, Jesus, family, community, and the natural world

Looking Ahead: Classical Education (Starting 2026)

In 2026, we will begin a transition to a classical education model using curriculum from Memoria Press. Classical education focuses on forming the whole child—encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and independent reasoning from an early age. This approach complements our Christian values and continues our mission of intentional, purpose-driven learning.

Your children are precious—trust Epiphany to care for them with love, safety, and joy. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., offering a year-round program filled with enrichment opportunities, including:
